Delivery
We provide multiple flexible delivery options to suit your needs. Also, make sure to keep your eyes peeled for our delivery promotions.
Our delivery vehicles are not air conditioned and therefore we are unable to Refund/Replace any items damaged by the heat.
Please note, most of our deliveries are sent via Courier, however we do send some via Royal Mail and whilst the strikes are occurring, there may be slight delays to your deliveries that are out of our control.
Our Delivery Promise
Any orders that are not attempted to be delivered within the timeframes below will qualify for a full refund of their delivery charge plus 10% on the total order value (ex Vat).

Standard Delivery
Customers who choose standard delivery can expect their order within 3-5 working days (est) excluding the date of purchase (Mainland UK Only)
Customers outside Mainland UK can expect their orders within 7-15 Working Days (est)

Express Delivery

Any order processed before 1pm will be ready to collect the same working day. For those placed after 1pm, orders will be ready for collection at 9am the following working day. Alternatively, you can request a specific day for collection. Please note: You will be contacted via email or telephone when your order is ready for collection.
International Shipping
All international orders can be expected to take between 7-15 working days.
